Music Production Germany

Germans are known for many things and music production Germany is very much one of them.

I'm not speaking of royalty free music either, I think you know what I'm going to say.

That's right, Techno music. I have been afforded the opportunity to travel overseas to Munich, Ansback and Nurnberg Germany and they love techno.

Europeans are very different than U. S. producers. They love to use drum patterns that are simple. The sounds they use in music production are pretty much 100% synth related.

I have many of them in my music libraries. Most of them come from my EMU MP-7 with the Proteus 2000 and Techno sound card.

Did I mention that I absolutely love the sound effects this machine produces. Germans use it along with Roland products to make top chart music that drives hundreds to clubs.

Songwriting to this type of genre is not even necessary. It's the DJ spinners that get all the glory and make all the money.

It doesn't matter if they spin records commercially or underground. The revenue is the same in everyway. Sometimes the money in underground clubs is more lucrative.
