As a hip hop indie music producer people are interested in my case study. They like to know if I’m actually making money to support myself and my family.
Well that answer is simply YES! It may not have been this way if I would have kept up free music production. I was producing beats for friends in the neighborhood who all wanted to be stars.
I was quickly associated by their parents as the guy that does all the music. I love being an independent producer. Not that the majors are not good. It’s just that I love working with people without huge egos.
